thanks MONTEL for your courage, i have had ms for 16 years. if i had a dime for everytime i hear but you look so normal or healthy, i would be rich. even though i have RRMS, i have been blind, paralyzed, in pain, speech issues and varoius cognitive problems. and just because you are RRMS doesn’t mean you are lucky and in the clear. you can progress undetected. the diagnostic criteria changed so now more people can be diagnosed and treated. this is great!!!

If I remember, this is why the Pope refused to give up…in the hopes of showing people the face of illness and in the hopes of teaching them empathy.

I have MOST of the symptoms Montel deals with, and it blew me away to hear him put it in to the words that I could not….for my family to understand.
